Delete your data

You can have your account and everything we hold about you deleted. Here is how to ask, what happens, and how long it takes.

How to ask

Send an email to hello@powerofase.com with the subject Delete my account.
Send it from the email address on your account, so we know the request is yours. If you signed in with Facebook, Google or Apple, that is the address the provider shared with us.
You do not need to give a reason.

What happens next

We reply to confirm we received the request, with a confirmation number you can quote.
Within 30 days we delete your account, your membership record, your path and your profile, and every copy in our backups expires after that.
We reply once more when it is done.

What is not on our servers

Journal entries and preferences are kept in your browser or on your device. Clear the site data in your browser, or delete the app, and they are gone.
Orí conversations are not stored by us. What you write to Orí is used to generate the reply and is not kept.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also remove the app from Facebook: open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, choose Power of Àṣẹ and remove it. Facebook will offer to send us a deletion request. Please email us as well, as above, so we can confirm the deletion to you directly.

A copy of your data instead

If you would rather have a copy of what we hold, send the same email with the subject Send me my data and we will reply with it.
